How do I reset my streak?
You can reset your streak in settings. But your journey doesn't start over — we track your lifetime clean days alongside your current streak. Slips happen. No shame. Start again.
What is included in the Premium subscription?
Everything in Free, plus the full AI coach, unlimited journal entries, pattern recognition, voice support, milestone celebrations, and community posting. £9.99/month or £59.99/year with a 7-day free trial.
Is my data secure?

What happens if I lose internet connection?
